Recruitment of ITI/GRADUATE TRAINEES under the Training and Development Scheme

Eligibility Criteria:

* Educational Qualification:

1. ITI Trainees:

• Candidates must complete ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized Institute.

2. Graduate Trainees:

• Science Graduates with minimum 50%. Or B.Com (Pass) from a recognized University.
• For Reserved category (SC/ST)candidates 45% is enough.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in the interview.

Age Limit: Candidates age must be in between 18 to 35 years as on 01-09-2020.

Salary: (on monthly basis)

• For ITI Trainees: Rs. 8,000/- for 1st year, Rs. 8,500/- for 2nd  year, Rs. 9,000/- for 3rd year
• For Graduate Trainees: Rs. 8,500/- for 1st year, Rs. 9,000/- for 2nd year, Rs. 9,500/- for 3rd year

Last Date: 30th September 2020

General conditions:

• Reservation as per Goverment of India Rules
• Canvassing in any form will be a considered as disqualification.
• The above training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.
• The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
• The training will be at Akkulam factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
• Those who have undergone training once in the Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.
