Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Risk)

Candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Economics or FRM / PRM / DTIRM / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGPBF.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banks / PSUs / Corporate High Value Credit / NBFCs, after qualification.

2. Manager (Credit)

Candidates should have completed CA / ICWA / MBA or PGDM (with specialization in finance) or equivalent postgraduate degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute with a minimum of 60% in total.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banks / PSUs / Corporate High Value Credit / NBFCs, after qualification.

3. Manager (Treasurer)

Candidates should have less than 60% in MBA-Finance or any recognized University / Institute / CA / ICWA / CFA / CAIIB / Diploma in Treasury Management / PGPBF.

Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience as an officer in banking in the Treasury of the bank or 1 year experience of working with the primary dealer.

4. Manager (Law)

Candidates should complete a bachelor's degree in law or law graduate, with a minimum of 60% total, who have passed 05 years integrated course from a government the recognized university of India.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank / State or Central Government. / PSU

5. Manager (Architect)

Candidates should complete a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a government recognized university. Regulatory body with 60% marks in the total bodies sanctioned / approved by the Government of India. ii) There should be a valid registration of the Council of Architecture. iii) Knowledge of auto CAD and interaction with government guidelines related to the procurement of goods, goods and services.

Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience of planning, design and supervision of interiors as well as multi-story commercial / institutional/residential projects in Government / Semi-Government Departments or Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings.

6. Manager (Civil)

Candidates get B.E. B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a government recognized university. Regulatory body with 60% marks in the total bodies sanctioned / approved by the Government of India.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in construction/maintenance of multipurpose commercial / residential buildings in government / semi-government departments or institutes / public sector undertakings / listed corporate or its subsidiaries/group companies.

7. Manager (Economic)

Candidates should complete a postgraduate degree in Economics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a government recognized university. Of India or its regulatory bodies

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in the field of human resources in scheduled commercial banks / PSUs / Central or State Government. Departments / Listed Corporate Unit (with manpower of more than 2000 employees).

8. Manager (HR)

02 years full time (not through the remote mode of education) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / HRM / Labor Law with a total of 60% marks.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in the field of human resources in scheduled commercial banks / PSUs / Central or State Government. Departments / listed corporate entity.

9. Senior Manager (Risk)

Graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Economics / or FRM / PRM / DTIRM / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGPBF / 60% minimum in total.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of postqualification experience in Banks / PSUs / Corporate High Value Credit / NBFCs.

10. Senior Manager (Credit)

Candidates should have completed CA / ICWA / MBA or PGDM (with specialization in finance) or equivalent post-graduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute with 60% in total.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of postqualification experience in Banks / PSUs / Corporate High Value Credit / NBFCs.
